Welcome to Aladin BD. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or Product without express written permission by us.
2. Products & Pricing
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Accuracy: We try our best to display accurate colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3. Order & Cancellation Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD): Since we offer COD, we may verify your order via a phone call. If your phone is switched off or unreachable, Aladin BD reserves the right to cancel the order.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once the product is handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled easily.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products all over Bangladesh using trusted courier partners (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, RedX).
Delivery Time:
Inside Dhaka City: 2-3 working days.
Chittagong City: 1-2 working days.
Outside Dhaka & Chittagong: 3-5 working days.
Delays: Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier issues). We request your patience in such cases.
5. Return & Refund Policy (Important)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, given the nature of online shopping, please follow these rules:
Check Before Receiving: We strongly encourage you to check the product in front of the delivery man. If you find any damage or wrong product, please return it immediately to the delivery man.
Return Charge:
If the product is damaged or wrong, Aladin BD will bear the return delivery charge.
If you change your mind or don't like the product (but it's not damaged), you must pay the delivery charge to return it.
After Delivery: Complaints regarding broken or missing items may not be accepted if reported after the delivery man has left, unless you have a valid unboxing video.
6. User Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We strictly use your phone number and address for delivery purposes only.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
