At Aladin BD, we ensure quality products. However, if you face any issues, we are here to help.
1. Inspection Policy (Check Before Receiving): Since we offer Cash on Delivery, we strongly request you to check the product in front of the delivery man.

If the product is damaged, broken, or incorrect, please return it to the delivery man immediately. You do not have to pay the delivery charge in this case.

Once the delivery man leaves, we cannot accept complaints for broken or missing items without a valid Unboxing Video.
2. Change of Mind: If the product is fine but you want to return it simply because you changed your mind, you must pay the delivery charge (both ways). The product must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Refund Process: If you have paid in advance (bKash/Nagad/Card) and returned the product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
